Married woman,mother of 3 living in Cumbria who has a love of poetry and literature as well as the countryside and coast of Cumbria,Wales and the Scottish islands.I write my own poetry, and also paint.I have several times since the 1970's visited Laugharne,as well as other areas,(Fitzrovia in London),where Dylan Thomas lived or worked.I also have a love of Russian writers and have visited Chekov's burial site in Moscow and house in Yalta.Amongst the English poets,Charles Causley and of the American Robert Frost inspire me.
